DIBEST
Digital Innovation for Blue Enterprises and Social Tourism
A project to help Blue enterprises
and social tourism.

DIBEST connects small tourism actors with big ideas.
We support micro-enterprises (small tourism actors with fewer than 10 employees) who are key contributors to local economies and authentic visitor experiences.
We promote the Blue Economy, encouraging sustainable activities linked to oceans, seas, and coastal regions while safeguarding marine ecosystems for future generations.
We also champion Social Tourism, working to make travel accessible to all, especially those who face barriers to participation. By fostering inclusive tourism, we aim to strengthen community ties, enhance social well-being, and spark meaningful cultural exchange.
The DIBEST project is a collaboration of representants from four countries:
Ireland
Northern and Western; Southern; Eastern and Midland
France
Nouvelle Aquitaine; Pays-de-la-Loire; Bretagne; Normandie
